For value received, the obligor assigns and grants to the secured party a mortgage charge assignment transfer and security interest in respect of all software owned or acquired by the obligor all cintractual riaght and insurance claims relating to the software all roghts privileges benefits and insurance claims demands royalties debts and choses in action.
