Amount secured
Payment and performance of each and every obligation, covenant and agreement of each obligor, and each obligor of every condition, now or hereafter existing in the loan agreement dated 22ND may 1996 (including without limitation, repayment or reimbursement of all sums advanced or to be advanced by the banks to or for the account of any obligor), the pledge agreement or the other security documents (as defined), or contained in any agreement now or hereafter executed by such obligor in favour of cibc wood gundy PLC ("the agent") and/or the security trustee and/or the banks and/or the other beneficiary which recites that the obligations thereunder are secured by the pledge agreement or the other security documents (including without limitation, any interest rate protection arrangement and/or any bond provider arrangement)
