All monies due or to become due from the company to the chargee arising under a factoring agreement or otherwise

All debts purchased by the security holder from the company pursuant to a factoring agreement which fail to vest effectively or absolutely in the security holder and all the company's rights under the supply contract giving rise to the debt, the benefit of all indemnities guarantees insurances and securities etc and all title property rights or interest of the company in any goods the subject of a contract of sale giving rise to such debt.
