Fixed equitable charge over any debt purchased or purported to be purchased by the chargee from the company pursuant to the agreement between the chargee and the company which fail to vest effectively or absolutely in the security holder for any reason and all indebtedness owing to the company on any account whatsoever with the related rights thereto; floating charge such of the moneys which the company may receive in respect of the other debts.
