By way of charge all the agreement details of which are a venturer buyback agreement dated 22 june 1994 between the company and thomson training & simulation limited relating to one mark iii venturer leisure simulation device and the benefit of the same and all the premises comprised therein.by way of assignment all moneys due or owing or from time to time becoming due or owing to the company under or by virtue of the agreement.
