By way of legal mortgage over all that land forming part of middleton hall llanarthne carmarthenshire between botanic and the commission dated 24TH july 1996 which varied the principal agreement between the parties of the same date as comprises the property (both f/h and l/h referred to in schedule 1, attached to the form 395) subject to each and all the leases and/or the agreements for lease and each and all of the licences or other occupational interests (including undertakings in respect of the deeds) subject to which the estate of botanic in the property is held now (as set out in schedule 2 attached to the form 395) or from time to time. By way of first fixed equitable charge and floating charge over the undertaking and all property and assets present and future including goodwill bookdebts uncalled capital buildings fixtures fixed plant and machinery.
