All the right, title and interest, present and future, of the assignor in the sub-lease relating to mercedes/whale gritter GJ52OLP including (a) all monies whatsoever which are now or at any time hereafter may be or become due or owing to the assignor under or arising out of the sub-lease; and (b) all claims for damages in respect of breach of the sub-lease; and (c) the full benefit of all guarantees, indemnities and other securities of whatever nature held by the assignor form time to time in respect of the sub-lease.
