All right, title and interest, present and future, of the assignor in the sub-lease (being a lease dated 2 august between the assignor and london borough of greenwich relating to a ldv convoy LG02 zvm) including (but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing) all monies whatsoever which are now or at any time hereafter may be or become due or owing to the assignor under or arising out of the sub-lease and all claims for damages in respect of breach of the sub-lease and the full benefit of all guarantees, indemnities and other securities of whatever nature held by the assignor from time to time in respect of the sub-lease.
