Brief description
The deed of amendment dated 30 may 2014 between the chargor and the trustee, amending and together with the security agreement dated 15 august 2012 between the chargor and the trustee, (the "amended security agreement") creates a first legal mortgage over certain real property, a charge over certain related insurance policies, and an assignment (or to the extent not assigned, a first fixed charge) of all amounts paid or payable to the chargor in connection with the letting of any part of that real property.. The real property subject to the first legal mortgage under the amended security agreement is the real property known as linde way, aycliffe industrial park, newton aycliffe, durham DL5 6HR, and registered at hm land registry under title number DU202250.
