All monies due or to become due from the company to the chargee pursuant to the counter-indemnity given by the company on the 28TH april 1996 as collateral for the season ticket bond as either such document may be varied or substituted

By way of first fixed charge all sums of money in any currency deposited or paid by the company or any other person on or at any time after the date of the deed of charge to the credit of the nat ex season ticket bond charged account (account no. 5169084) with midland bank PLC and representing the renewal or replacement of or for any sums deposited or paid or held as set out above including all or any part of the money payable pursuant to such credit balances and the debts represented thereby together with all interest from time to time accruing thereon.
