The company assigns absolutely subject to a proviso fro re-assignment on redemption all of its rights including without limitation its rights to receive payments in respect of each hedging arrangement to which the company is a party. Hedging arrangement means any interst or currency hedging arrangement entered into by the company with the lender time to time.
