As continuing security for the payment of all sums and the satisfaction of all liabilities,present or future,actual or contingent,for which bskyb group and british sky broadcasting limited ("bskyb")(formerly precis (1265) limited) are now or may at any time be indebted to barclays bank PLC on account of the uip letter of credit supplemental and amending the assignment dated 31 may 1990
