Brief description
All rights, title, interest and benefit now and in the future, in and to: (I) the freehold land being 11-13 newport place, london WC2H 7JR registered at hm land registry with title number NGL130042; (ii) the freehold land being 26-31, 32, 33 & 34 cranbourn st & 77, 78 & 79 st martins lane registered at hm land registry with title number NGL842438; and (iii) all such other relevant properties (as fully detailed in the schedule to the supplemental trust deed). This includes all buildings, structures, fixtures including trade fixtures (but excluding fixtures plant and machinery belonging to tenants) and fixed plant and machinery for the time being thereon and all improvements and additions thereto and all easements, rights, powers and licences appurtenant thereto subject to and with the benefit of all leases, underleases, tenancies, agreements for lease, rights, covenants and conditions respectively affecting the same but otherwise free from encumbrances.
