By way of legal mortgage all the company's right, title and interest in all those parcels of freehold land forming part of the development site at church langley, potter street, harlow, essex and shown edged purple on the plan annexed to a deed of exchange of even date herewith, but excluding such parts thereof as have been sold by woolwich homes limited prior to the date of this charge ("the property") together with any proceeds of any insurance of the property by way of fixed charge.
