Brief description
The mortgagor hereby charges by way of legal mortgage all the mortgaged property, being the freehold property known as the aga cooker centre, chard business park, chard, somerset TA20 1FA and registered at the land registry under title numbers WS2279, ST104704 and WS25191, and all the interest of the mortgagor in the mortgaged property together with all buildings, fixtures including trade fixtures (if any) and fixed plant and machinery from time to time on the mortgaged property together with all estates, rights, title, options, easements and privileges benefiting the same including all beneficial interests and rights in the mortgaged property and in any proceeds of sale or disposal of any part of the mortgaged property..
