Amount secured
For securing all amounts from time to time to time owing by the company to the chargee in respect of loans by the chargee to the company pursuant to the stock lending agreement and/or money and any other sum which may be due by the company under the stock lending agreement.
Short particulars
Any deposit of cash from time to time made by the chargor with the chargee, whether through or outside the cgo, pursuant to the stock lending agreement. Any gilt-edged securities, treasury bills, sterling certificates of deposit and letters of credit etc. deposited with the chargee. (For full details see doc M39.
