All present and future obligations and liabilities of the company (pledgor) to the chargee (pledgee) to pay an amount of money under or in any way relating to the agreement together with all interest due under the agreement and all costs incurred by the chargee (pledgee) in connection with the protection, preservation or enforcement of its rights under the agreement

The pledgor and the pledgee have agreed that the pledgor grant to the pledgee the right of pledge. As security for the fulfilment of the secured obligations the pledgor has granted to the pledgee where relevant in advance a first priority right of pledge over the shares and the pledgee hereby accepts such right of pledge..
