A) any amounts both present & future owing by the bank to the company or any moneys whatsoever which the bank may at any time hold for the account of the company in either case whether on current or deposit account & whether in sterling or in any other currency and (b) all stocks, shares, securities, metal (whether allocated or unallocated including bullion, gold or silver bars & coins) & other property both present & future deposited with or held by or transferred to the bank on its nominees by or on behalf or to the order of the company (whether as security or for safe custody or collection or any other purposes whatsoever) together with all interest, dividends, bonuses, & other rights and benefits arising therefrom or attaching thereto.
