All sums liabilities and obligations payable to or owing at the date of the deed or thereafter by the company to the chargor under the junior loan instrument and/or the junior security documents (as defined) and all other liabilities on any account at the date of the deed or thereafter and any other liabilities howsoever arising of the company to the chargor (together the junior liabilities).
