Brief description
Firstly all that and those part of the lands situate at the marina cork being the lands conveyed in the deed of conveyance dated the 15TH day of december 1987 made between henry ford & son limited of the one part and templeford limited of the other part and therein described as "all that and those the lands situate at the marina, cork part of which lands are situate in the parish of st. Finbarrs part of which lands are situate in the parish of st. Nicholas city of cork as more particularly delineated on the map attached hereto and thereon outlined in red comprising 15.323 acres approximately statute measure.". Secondly all that and those part of the lands situate at the marina cork being the lands described in the deed of conveyance dated 4TH february 1988 and therein described as "all that and those that piece or parcel of land in the parish of st nicholas in the county borough of cork containing an area of 8.086 statue acres or thereabouts as more particularly delineated and coloured red on the plan attached to the 1947 conveyance together with all the buildings erected thereon together also with the rights of way granted to the said purchaser by the said 1947 conveyance.".
