Fixed charge all rights of the company under the deed of priority and arrangement and the restructuring documents and amounts received or appropriated by the company either (a) in respect of the cash collateral accounts or the cash collateral balances pursuant to or in accordance with any of the restructuring documents or otherwise or (b) as a result of any amount received pursuant to clause 14.02(a) (c) or (f) of the intercreditor agreement but not otherwise (see form 395 and continuation sheet relevant to this charge).
