Brief description
All and whole that area of land forming part of the lands known as knappilands, strathallan in the county of perth extending to 2.285 hectares (5.65 acres) or thereby as shown delineated in red on the plan annexed and executed as relative to the instrument ("the plan"), together with (one) the whole buildings and other erections on the said subjects; (two) the whole timber, standing, fallen or cut thereon; (three) the whole mines, metals and minerals therein excluding coal and mines of coal vested in the coal authority; (four) the fittings and fixtures therein and thereon; (five) the whole parts, privileges and pertinents thereof; (six) our whole right, title and interest present and future therein; (seven) the servitude rights contained in the disposition by charles connell & company (colquhalzie farms) limited in favour of charles raymond connell dated 24 november 1995 and recorded in the division of the general register of sasines applicable to the county of perth on 6 december 1995; and (eight) the right to enforce the real burdens contained in the disposition by the executors of charles raymond connell in favour of andrew mitchell scott dated 21 and 27 may 2021 and registered in the land register of scotland under title number PTH60216 and which subjects form part and portion of all and whole (in the first place) all and whole the farm and lands of ladyston extending to two hundred and thirty six acres and nine hundred and twenty decimal or one thousandth parts of an acre of thereby imperial measure lying in the parishes of blackford and muthill and county of perth and being the subjects described in and disponed in the disposition by william james denby roberts in favour of john c dougall limited dated 17 july 1967 and recorded in the division of the general register of sasines applicable to the county of perth on 3 august 1967 and (in the second place) all and whole the property known as and forming colquhalzie estate, auchterarder and being the subjects currently undergoing registration in the land register of scotland under title number PTH61691.
