By way of first fixed charge all right title and interest of the managing agent in relation to all such cash calls, if any, as are made by the managing agent pursuant to clause 12.13 (cash calls) of the letter of credit facility agreement (but before receipt thereof by the managing agent or vesting thereof in or under the control of the dollar trustees in accordance with the provisions of the american instrument of each underwriting member of syndicate no 588 1999, 2000 and 2001 dollar borrowing groups or the vesting thereof in or under control of the sterling trustees in accordance with the provisions of the american instrument of each underwriting member of syndicate no 588 1999, 2000 and 2001 dollar borrowing groups or the vesting thereof in or under control of the sterling trustees in accordance with the provisions of the premium trust deed of each underwriting member of syndicate no 588 1999, 2000 and 2001 dollar borrowing groups) (including any chose in action representing the right of the managing agent in relation thereto).
