Short particulars
The share pledge creates a disclosed first-ranking right of pledge on all present and future registered shares in the capital of each of powell duffryn holdings bv and hamworthy combustion engineering bv held by the company. The share pledge also transfers all voting rights in respect of the shares to the pledgee. Pursuant to the share pledge, the pledgee is exclusively entitled to collect dividends and other payments on the shares.
