The flasks to be supplied to the company by swan hunter shipbuilders limited in connection with the new building known during construction as ship 110 pursuant to a contract dated 25/1/80 as amended by an amendment dated 24/7/80 such other flasks as may at any time be purchased by the company by way of replacements all policies and contracts of insurance entered into in respect of the flasks.
