The licences; relevant contracts; all contracts,agreements and other rights entered into after the date of this assignation which renew, replace or supplement any of the relevant contracts; which are the same or relate to any of the relevant contracts , which relate to any of the assets and are material to the interests of the finance parties; all authorised investments; all monetary claims; the project insurances and insurance proceeds; and all intellectual property, authorisations and environmental authorisations required for carrying out any project together with all related rights.
