A specific charge over the benefit of all leasing agreements, all bills of exchange or promissory notes taken as security for instalments under the agreements & all guarantees indemnities bonds or other securities taken for the performance of the agreements & over the equipment & other property specified in the agreements but so that the company shall pay into the companys account or accounts with the bank all moneys due or accruing due under or in connection with the agreements including all sums in the hands of agents.
