Short particulars
By way of equitable assignment all the company's right title and interest in and to the intellectual property rights which are capable of being assigned by the company without third party consent throughout the world excluding the third party rights but subject to and with the benefit of the exploitation agreements to hold the same bos for the full period during which such rights subsist to the company's right of redemption pursuant to clause 5 of the deed..
