All the company's right, title and interest present and future in and to (I) the fishing vessel "jubilee spirit" official number C16090 (defined in the instrument creating the charge as the "ship"); (ii) the licence; (iii) the earnings; (iv) the insurances; (v) any requisition compensation (each as defined in the instrument creating the charge); and (vi) all other rights, assets, interests or property from time to time mortgaged, charged or assigned to andrew marr international limited pursuant to clause 3 of the instrument creating the charge, including each and every part thereof.
