Brief description
By way of first legal mortgage all of its rights in the property more particularly described at schedule 1, part 2 (the property) of the security agreement (in each case together with all of its rights in all buildings, structures, erections, fixtures and fittings (including trade fixtures and fittings) from time to time).. By way of first fixed charge in respect of rental income, insurances, contracts, derivative payments, chattels, other associated rights and other documents more particularly described at clause 3.2 of the security agreement.
