Amount secured
The secured indebtedness being the aggregate of: (a) the dollar outstanding indebtedness from time to time due and owing to the chargee under the cea (as defined) and under any security documents specified in parts a and b of the second schedule to the cea; (b) the dollar outstanding indebtedness (as therein defined) from time to time due and owing to the chargee under each of the sister ship ceas; and (c) all sums payable by the company to the chargee under or pursuant to the standby loan agreement
Short particulars
All rights title and interest in and to the dollar cash collateral account, and all rights title and interest in and to the dollar cash collateral deposit together with any certificates of deposit, deposit receipts or other instruments or securities relating thereto.
