Amount secured
All monies due or to become due from the company to the chargee and including, without limitation, any obligation or liability to pay damages) which are at the date of the assignment or which may at any time and from time to time therafter be due, owing, payable or incurred or be expressed to be due, owing, payable or incurred from or by the company to the chargee under or in connection with the head charter.
