All and whole those subjects at crotfhead, kirkintilloch road, bishopbriggs shown outlined in blue on the plan annexed to the standard security and executed as relative to it being (I) part and portion of all and whole those subjects more particularly described in the disposition by houston quarry company limited in favour of caledonian estate developments limited dated 5 july and recorded in the division of the general register of sasines for the county of the barony and regality of the county of glasgow on 13 july both in 1976 and (ii) part and portion of all and whole those subjects known as the lands and estate of cawder in the counties of lanark (and for the purposes of registration of writs in the county of the barony and regality of glasgow), stirling and dumbarton described in the disposition by keir and cawder estates limited with consents thereinmentioned in favour of caledonian commercial real estate investments limited dated 23 april and 18 may 1964 and recorded in the division of the general register of sasines for the counties of the barony and regality of glasgow, stirling and dumbarton on 15 june 1964; together with all rights pertaining thereto and the whole parts, privileges and pertinents thereof.
