By clause 3 of the legal share charge,as security for the payment of all guarantee indebtedness the company as beneficial owner charged in favour of,and pledged and collaterally granted and assigned to,the chargee for the benefit of the lenders,and created in the chargee for the benefit of the lenders a security interest in,all the company's interest in (but none of the company's obligations or liabilities with respect to) the charged property with the intent that such charge shall take effect as a first legal charge.
