Fixed charge by way of assignment of the following plant machinery chattels or other equipment of the company. A "pearson" 20' x 1/2" guillotine with serial no 7376 together with all additions alteration's accesories replacements & renewals of component parts thereto & together with the benefit of any obligations & inventories given by any manufacturers or supplied or any other party in respect of the mortgaged property to or in favour of the company in the benefit of all maintenance agreements entered into between the company & any such 3RD party.
