(1) by clause 3.1 the company has charged by way of legal mortgage the following land: (a) the willow, bridgwater road, dundry, bristol BS41 8JP registered at the land registry under title number ST311413. For more details see clause 3.1 and schedule 1. (2) by clause 3.2, the company has charged by way of first fixed charge all of its right, title and interest from time to time in and to all its real property, to the extent not validly charged by way of first legal mortgage under clause 3.1. for more details see clause 3.2. (3) by clause 3.4 the company has charged by way of first fixed charge all of its rights, title and interest from time to time in and to all its intellectual property. No specific intellectual property owned by the company has been specified in relation to the fixed charge contained in clause 3.4.
