Brief description
All and whole the flour mill at the maltings the harbour kirkcaldy tinted pink and yellow on the plan annexed and signed as relative to the charge which subjects form part and portion of (first) the maltings, the harbour, kirkcaldy being the subjects registered in the land register of scotland under title number FFE97568 together with (one) a servitude right of access to and egress from the subjects hereby secured from high street, kirkcaldy, over the mutual access shown tinted blue on the said plan for pedestrian and vehicular traffic and (two) a servitude right to use (in so as at present so used) for the water supply, drainage, sewerage or electricity supply of the ground hereby secured of all existing water supplies of whatever kind, tanks, pipes, connections, drains, sewers, septic tanks, cables and others (if any) in or upon or under the adjoining subjects which are at present so used with right of access thereto for the purpose of upkeep, maintenance and renewal thereof subject to the company, as proprietor of the subjects hereby secured making good any damage caused thereby; and in so far as such tanks, water pipes, connections, drains, sewers, septic tanks, cables and others are used jointly by the proprietors of the adjoining land and the company, as proprietors of the subjects hereby secured, the same shall be upheld, maintained and renewed at joint expense..
