Amount secured
All monies due or to become due from the company to the chargee under any of the credit agreement, the working capital facility letter, the french working capital facility letter, the security documents, the interest rate hedging agreements, the fees letter (as each of those terms is defined in the credit agreement) and all other moneys and liabilities payable or to be discharged by the company under or pursuant to any of the clauses of the debenture (together the secured obligations ) and so that the secured obligations shall, for the avoidance of doubt, include the bacs liabilities
