B) all those lands comprised in a lease dated 30 september 1920 made between sarah a johnston (1) and william H.E. brown (2) (“1920 lease”) and assigned on 4 december 2000 in a deed of assignment and transfer made between walldith properties limited (1) and james hamilton & co (lurgan) limited (2) as shown edged red on the attached 1920 lease plan at appendix 1 and hatched green on plan 2 at appendix 2). all shown edged red in plan 2 at appendix 2 (the “property”).
