Breakthestigmauk is a small men's mental health company focused on raising awareness on men's mental health and getting men help with their mental health when they need it. For our first financial year ending 31/01/2022 post covid we saw a need for a big online presence to help communities whilst everybody navigated their way out our restrictions and lockdownsTo benefit the community BreakthestigmaUK did the following things: - Daily free online posts and communication sessions - Mental health discussion podcasts with public and mental health professionals- provide better links to professional mental health services through online social media platforms and open discussion talks - work with local gyms to create a safe gym environment for men who are struggling
