The company runs design clubs for children in schools, after school clubs and weekend clubs. We provide resources to volunteers and teachers to run design clubs.Design Club has had the following benefits and impact:- More than 1,500 young people have be introduced to design thinking activities, nurturing empathy, collaboration and problem-solving skills.- More that 60 design clubs have been delivered in the UK.- 150 industry creatives have become volunteers mentors.
We have consulted with:Young people while delivering design club activities, frequently gaining feedback to improve resources.Volunteer mentors through regular meetups to develop resources and best practice.Corporate partners and sponsors, in order to align with their needs.Funders to figure out best allocation of resources for different projects.Design Club advisors to steer Design Club.
