Brief description
As a continuing security for the payment and discharge of the secured liabilities, the borrower with full title guarantee charges to the lender, by way of first legal mortgage, each property specified in schedule 1, being the leasehold property now known as flat 3, flat 4, flat 6 and flat 7 (formerly known as suite 3 and suite 5), piccadilly house, london road, bath, BA1 6PL as demised in the following leases: (1) a lease of flat 3 dated on or about the date of this deed between the borrower and universal promotions limited and piccadilly house management company limited; (2) a lease of flat 4 dated on or about the date of this deed between the borrower and universal promotions limited and piccadilly house management company limited; (3) a lease of flat 6 dated on or about the date of this deed between the borrower and universal promotions limited and piccadilly house management company limited; and (4) a lease of flat 7 dated on or about the date of this deed between the borrower and universal promotions limited and piccadilly house management company limited, (title numbers to be allocated by the land registry). As a continuing security for the payment and discharge of the secured liabilities, the borrower with full title guarantee charges to the lender, by way of first fixed charge: all properties acquired by the borrower in the future; all present and future interests of the borrower not effectively mortgaged or charged under the preceding provisions of this clause 3.2 in, or over, freehold or leasehold property; and all the intellectual property.
