1. | ACCOUNTING POLICIES |

Basis of preparing the financial statements |
The directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has access to adequate bank |
facilities, as well as the ongoing support of its directors for it to continue trading for the |
foreseeable future and as a result of this, the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis |
of accounting. |

Accounting convention |
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in |
accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008). |

Turnover |
Turnover represents net invoiced sales of services, excluding value added tax. |
