Basis of preparing the financial statements |
Going Concern |
The Directors are required to consider the appropriateness of the going concern basis for the company. The directors have considered the resources available to the Company, the plans for the future and are confident that the company can continue as a going concern. As a result the company continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing its financial statements. |
Significant judgements and estimates |
The preparation of the financial statements in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles requires the directors to make estimates and assumptions that affect the reported amounts of assets and liabilities and disclosure of contingent assets and liabilities at the date of the financial statements and the reported amounts of revenue and expenses during the reporting period. Actual results in the future could differ from these estimates. The directors are satisfied that there are no significant judgements or estimates in addition to those that management has made in the process of applying the Company's accounting policies. |

Turnover is measured at the fair value of the consideration received or receivable, excluding discounts, rebates, value added tax and other sales taxes. |

In accordance with the Companies Act 2006, the company is only required to file a Balance Sheet. Readers are cautioned that the Income Statement and certain other primary statements and the Report of the Directors are not required to be filed with the Registrar of Companies. |
In order to assist you to fulfil your duties under the Companies Act 2006, we have prepared for your approval the financial statements of Social Firms Wales Ltd for the year ended 31 March 2023 which comprise the Income Statement, Balance Sheet and the related notes from the company's accounting records and from information and explanations you have given us. |
