Short particulars
The company with full title guarantee charges its interest in the account from time to time by way of a first fixed charge in favour of the chargee as a continuing security for payment by the company to the chargee of any loss the interest credited to the account which shall be paid to the company at intervals of not less than three months until the security created by the deed becomes enforceable.
