All monies due or to become due from the company to the chargee under the terms of the aforementioned instrument creating or evidencing the charge
Short particulars
During the period from the date of this deed of postponement to the date on which all fixed and floating charges and other security and all collateral or subsequent securities for the time being held by bos and given by the company as security for the payment and/or discharge of the bos debt is discharged in full the company will (and iqbal ali khan will not require the company to) unless otherwise agreed in writing by bos secure all or any other part of all present and future sums liabilities and obligations payable or owing by the company to the said iqbal ali khan.
