A). all present future actual or contingent obligations and liabilities of the obligors (or any of them solely or jointly) to the chargee pursuant to the security documents (as defined) under or in respect of the financing documents b). All present and future actual or contingent obligations and liabilities of the company to the bond trustee (on it's own behalf or on behalf of the holders of the bonds, the coupons and the talons) and the holders of the bonds, the coupons and the talons under, or pursuant to the bonds (incuding the coupons and talons) including payment of the principal (including any premium), of and interest on, the bonds and c). All other monies intended to be secured by the security documents payable to the security trustee (on it's own behalf, or on behalf of the beneficiaries)
