Each and every item of plant machinery and/or equipment which may from time to time be hired by the debenture holder (as owner) to the company (the hirer) pursuant to the hire contracts including without limitation cars, trucks, light commercial vehicles, vans, mobile, plant, fork lift trucks and including all accessories, replacements and spare parts from the time being attached to and/or forming part of such plant machinery and/or equipment.
