The principal of and interest on (I) the £58,000,000.00 8 and a half per cent senior secured notes due 2007 (the "senior notes") and the £15,000,000.00 junior secured floating rate notes due 1999/2004 (the "junior notes" and together with the senior notes "the notes") of county hotels group PLC constituted and secured by the trust deed and (ii) any further notes issued as senior notes or as junior notes pursuant to the trust deed together with all other moneys covenanted to be paid to the chargee (the trustee) by the company pursuant to the trust deed
