The principal of and interest on: the £58,000,000 8 1/2 % senior secured notes due 2007 (the "senior notes") and the £15,000,000 junior secured floating rate notes due 1999/2004 (the "junior notes" and together with the senior notes the "notes") due or to become due from the company to the chargee constituted and secured by the trust deed dated 10TH september 1997 between the parties (the "principal trust deed") and the supplemental trust deed any further notes issued as senior notes as junior notes pursuant to the trust deed together with all monies covenanted to be paid to the trustee by the company pursuant to the trust deed
